Or is it ugg…anyway, I let an entire year go by without saying a word. No wait, I said many words…I only wrote in my journal and those words were the sound of screaming, words and sentences paragraphs and pages of screaming. Venting has its place but I feel its time to write again, but first a sample of a venting blog…

What is wrong with people!

What has happened to my world?

Where have the humans of integrity gone to hide? And WHYYYYYYY?

Ugggggg humans, so frustrating!

Isn’t it funny how no matter your age, inner screaming toddler/preteen or simply your very elite personality (you special person you), we all repeat our various and unique brand of let’s say stupid, over and over again! Watch the news, read a paper, doom scroll, it is the same ole same ole same. The horror is the endless opportunities that arise throughout the day for new and varied choice that go unnoticed while we ram our heads on the same wall, pretending it’s a different day and a different wall.

We wreck havoc on our internal self, obsessively controlled by our out of control inner monologue. That voice, the one egging you on in a negative Nadine style in your head, is the being to wrestle. And the only way to find, that new paths can be followed and new life that can be had. But that voice has you, you cling to it like a lover while it destroys your peace. What a bitch! Get rid of it! Stop doing it!

Humans, please, we have lived this same story, repeating this same day, making the same choices, over and over, year after year, decade after decade, all greed, more greed, repeat, greed, more greed, repeat, as if we are not capable of making a different choice or capable of understanding choice. Some say we are victims after all, just victims to a force bigger than us…well you might be! But it is not true, you people are making it true.

We move through cycles call them seasons, as we stand and move on this hurling rock. The seasons and the four markers are how life moves and how things come and go. On a rock hurling through space where the sun is in relation to that rock is important. This allows understanding of the nature of cycles. We live on an orb moving in an orb like way. You do not gain on an orb you follow the curve and move and unite your being with the endless curving of all the lives that live on the rock, the one rock we got, as we hurl together through endless space. We have endless possibilities because there are endless days and endless seasons following endless cycles towards rebirth, and this is for all life and new levels of being. We need to move and change to make it so!

Put your ass back to work on your Self, because your little self has been dominating long enough, and even thinks the world is flat as it hurls through space in an orb like fashion. Do the work of change to your personality and character. Stop being so small. Become the person your favorite person would most admire and be proud of. It is up to us, up to you, to move this world in a new and wonderful way!

So yeah do what Nike said, Just do it!
